Before joining Larson, Debi founded a successful fractional CFO advisory firm, partnering with business owners, investment firms, and family offices to improve financial performance, optimize cash flow, strengthen reporting, and navigate complex capital strategies. Throughout her career, she has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor to executives, boards, investors, and banking partners, combining financial discipline with a practical, collaborative leadership style.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), Debi holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri–St. Louis. She is passionate about building strong organizations, developing high-performing teams, and creating financial strategies that empower businesses, and the people behind them, to flourish.
