With more than 35 years of experience shaping high-performing organizations, Bing is widely respected for her innovative leadership approach, one that prioritizes inclusivity, resilience, and psychological safety. Her work has helped organizations build environments where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work. 

In addition to her role at Larson, Bing leads TAI-CHI Consulting, where she advises executive teams on human resources strategy and organizational transformation. She also serves as a strategic advisor to Mental Health Code and as a board member for the St. Louis Society for the Blind and Visually Impaired, reflecting her lifelong dedication to equity and human dignity.
