Josh began his journey with Larson Financial in June 2024. Since joining the firm, he has grown to value the close-knit, family-like culture of his team, where collaboration, shared purpose, and genuine care for clients drive everything they do.

Originally from Chapin, South Carolina, Josh attended Columbia International University, where he built a strong foundation for his career in financial planning. During college, he was surrounded by friends from all over the world. This experience broadened his perspective and deepened his appreciation for different backgrounds, cultures, and life journeys. That global exposure continues to shape how he connects with clients today.

Josh is passionate about serving resident physicians, fellows, and young doctors just beginning their careers. He understands the unique financial challenges that come with graduating from medical school, transitioning into residency, signing contracts, and eventually building a practice and growing long-term wealth. He believes comprehensive financial planning during these early years is critical.

Josh takes a comprehensive planning approach that includes contract review, retirement planning, asset management, and risk protection strategies tailored specifically to medical professionals. He’s particularly keen on helping young doctors protect their future income after years of rigorous medical training through the protection that disability insurance provides.

Outside the office, Josh enjoys staying active through pick up soccer, wakeboarding, and running. He’s an avid Premier League fan and proudly supports Manchester United. He also enjoys exploring new restaurants and spending quality time with his parents and siblings, who remain a constant source of encouragement in his life. His faith in God is his greatest source of inspiration and guides both his personal life and the way he serves others.

Josh holds his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, along with Life and Health insurance certifications.
