Together Scott & Michelle Harris founded Oakmont Financial Group in 2006.  They envisioned providing clients with a higher level of service and created an independent firm in order to sustain individualized attention and response.  Scott wanted to offer a diverse assortment of investment options to meet the needs of his clients.  The following year, Michelle joined Scott in the office on a daily basis to welcome clients with the warmth and attentiveness that Oakmont Financial Group is known for.

Being a husband and wife team, at the core of their company is the value of “family” and that extends to all clients, employees and prospects when you walk through the door.  Many of Oakmont Financial Group’s clients have been working with Scott for over 25 years.  From navigating unique financial situations, to celebrating life’s milestones, when you become a client of Oakmont Financial Group, you become “family” as well.  Whether you are returning to the office for reviews, calling in with a question, or stopping by simply to say hello – we want you to feel a heartfelt welcome home from us.
