Why We Earned Recognition as a Top Workplace

At Larson, being all in means more than just showing up: it means investing fully in our people, our purpose, and our promise to serve. Our mission statement is, “Empowering All to Flourish”, and that commitment came to life this summer during our recent Summer Celebration. Team members from across the country gathered in St. Louis for three energizing days of learning, recognition, and giving back. This impactful event reminded us that by pouring into our people, we equip them to pour into others, including you.

The Larson Summer Celebration: A Tradition of Excellence

Held in downtown St. Louis, this three-day gathering brought together our financial advisors, operations staff, and leadership from across the country for professional development, team building, and giving back. With our theme of being, “All In: One Vision, One Team, One Future,” our event featured learning opportunities, hands-on competitions, and our annual Awards Banquet honoring the impact of standout team members.

Our Commitment to Giving Back

But perhaps the most meaningful moment came on the final day, when over 120 Larson volunteers stepped away from the office and into service at Gateway 180, a shelter supporting families experiencing homelessness in St. Louis.

As part of our largest Warrior Impact Time project ever, our team:

  • Restored and reopened the shelter’s outdoor greenspace.
  • Installed raised garden beds and deep-cleaned the indoor playroom.
  • Hosted a kids’ summer day camp filled with crafts and games.
  • Cooked and served lunch for residents and shelter staff.

We wrapped up the day with a special ribbon-cutting ceremony, officially reopening a space that had been unusable for quite some time. The transformation was visible and deeply felt by everyone present.

We carry this spirit of unity, purpose, and generosity into everything we do, not just special events. It’s the heartbeat of Larson. And this year, it earned us some very meaningful recognition.

We’re proud to share that the St. Louis Post-Dispatch recognized Larson Financial Holdings as a 2025 Top Workplace. This honor is especially significant because it comes directly from the voices of our team. In a confidential third-party survey conducted earlier this year, our employees shared how they feel about working at Larson, which highlights our culture of respect, growth, and empowerment.
