HEADSHOTS

• There will be opportunities for professional headshots on Wednesday.
• The photographer is bringing a white background, so we strongly suggest you do not wear a white shirt if you’d like to have a portrait taken. Please plan accordingly!

WEDNESDAY EVENING EXCURSION TO FLIGHT CLUB

• We will be heading offsite to Flight Club, for fun, food, and refreshments!
• Please meet in the hotel lobby between 5:30-5:45pm to board the busses.
• Bring your competitive spirit, as Flight Club offers a super-charged social gaming experience like no other, with multi-player games set in semi-private playing areas, delicious food, and amazing cocktails.
• Flight Club is located at 3515 W. Dallas, Suite 100, Houston, TX, 77019. If you do not plan on taking the bus from Hotel ZaZa, there is a parking garage adjacent to Flight Club, with an entrance on W. Dallas Street.

PARKING

• Hotel ZaZa: Valet parking is available. Please find Aileen and she will provide you with a parking validation sticker.
• Flight Club: If you do not plan on taking the bus from Hotel ZaZa, there is a parking garage adjacent to Flight Club, with an entrance on W. Dallas Street.

CHECK IN / HOTEL ZAZA DETAILS

• Check in officially starts at 4pm. Upon arrival to the hotel on Tuesday morning, January 23^rd, please bring your luggage up to the 5^th floor. There is a chance you may be able to check in earlier than 4pm, but we will not know until day-of.
• Upon check in, you will need to put a credit card down for any room incidentals (mini-bar, room snacks, room service, damage, etc.). Assuming there are no incidentals charged to your room, you will not be charged.
• Turn-Down Service: Hotel ZaZa offers turn-down service for each guest around 7pm every evening. This includes placing a bottle of water and a moon pie in each guest’s room. If you have the “Do Not Disturb” door hanger displayed on the outside of your door, they will skip turn-down service for your room.

TRANSPORTATION

• On Tuesday morning: we have arranged transportation from George Bush International (IAH) or Houston Hobby (HOU) to Hotel ZaZa for many of you. Please refer to the email you received from Aileen for information specific to your ride.
• On Wednesday evening: transportation will be provided from Hotel ZaZa to Flight Club on Wednesday evening. Please meet in the hotel lobby between 5:30-5:45pm to board the bus.
• On Thursday afternoon: busses are arriving at 1PM at Hotel ZaZa to take attendees back to George Bush International (IAH) or Houston Hobby (HOU). Traffic can add up to an hour from the hotel to the airport, so if you’d prefer to arrive to your airport earlier, please plan to take an Uber or Lyft.
