With the theme “All In: One Vision, One Team, One Future,” this year’s gathering in St. Louis features dynamic sessions across two professional tracks, hands-on case competitions, sponsor spotlights, and a community service project. It’s a chance to align as one team, celebrate success, and shape the future – together.

VOLUNTEERING AT GATEWAY 180

Join us as we roll up our sleeves and serve at Gateway 180, a shelter supporting families experiencing homelessness. Volunteers will help with a variety of hands-on projects, including a Kids Camp, deep-cleaning inside areas affected by a recent fire, sorting donations, grilling and serving lunch, and transforming the outdoor space with landscaping and repairs.

Outdoor projects will begin with a brief safety meeting led by Matthew Jennings before teams split up. We’ll wrap up the day with a special Ribbon Cutting Ceremony as Gateway 180 re-introduces the outdoor space to residents and staff. This area has been unusable for quite some time and is being reopened thanks to your efforts.
