From St. Louis Business Journal

One of downtown St. Louis’ largest office buildings is being revitalized with modern amenities that capitalize on its views of the Arch.

Larson Capital Management’s $18 million renovation of the office tower at 100 N. Broadway downtown is nearly complete, with the project’s first new tenant, housing developer McCormack Baron Salazar, signed on as of last week. Larson itself, led by Paul Larson, will move its headquarters from Chesterfield to the building early next year. The Larson Capital Opportunity Zone Fund I acquired the building in January 2020 for $19.9 million, partnering with Robert Hermann, head of Hermann Cos.
